Hi all,
I have been pondering ideas for a light-hearted BT scenario to run at a future Con. In particular, I thought it would be funny to base a scenario on an old TV sitcom. My first idea is a Gilligan's Island scenario.
setting: Island (maybe 20 hex-diameter), surrounded by water on all sides. Lots of heavy woods (or "Jungle" from Max Tech). Perhaps a Volcano also.
forces:
team 1: headhunters (number uncertain)
team 2: seven stranded castaways
Gilligan (Javelin --the "hat" is perfect)
Skipper (Mackie --big round mech)
Professor (Centurian)
Ginger (Vixen)
MaryAnn (?)
Thurston (?)
Lovee (?)
Victory: last mech standing
Any ideas on:
A) mechs to use for headhunters or castaways?
B) other TV sitcom that would make a good BT scenario?
