Are dual turrets for combat vehicles implemented (and i do not find them), or are they still to come?

They're still to be developed (see https://www.mordel.net/ers.php?a=v&r=1542&fltr=st.5~ff.000.Completed~Equals~FALSE). Getting closer though. With each update I try to add at least one new combat vehicle feature.
