Overview:
    What happens if you take a hunter killer design from an alternative universe where pulse
    lasers and targeting computers work together, give it to your R&D division with the command
    "This, but to 11.", and forget to give them a budget limit?  Well for one, a legendary party
    that resulted in multiple arrests, a three day power outage, and the entire red light
    district going on holiday for a month.  You also get the Sand Harrier II

Capabilities:
    Starting from the Specs of the original Sand Harrier, the most obvious thing to do was to
    replace the Micro Pulse lasers with ER Small lasers.  And this is where the problems start.
    The energy requirements doubled.  In order to process that much power addition heat sinks
    are required.  And the 40 ton Sand Harrier simply does not have the capacity for that level
    of upgrades.  But the desired goal was possible.  A larger frame, more advanced engine,
    every mass saving trick used, and additional speed enhancing trchnology combine to make a
    mech that has more dakka and mobility then the original Sand Harrier.   Also a massive price
    tag and a slight tendency to evaporate if exposed to return fire.  Our Ice Hellion refugees
    love it.

Variants:
    There are legends of another model, with even more firepower.  And a tendency to self
    immolate.
