==Overview:==
     Our blessed order has been able to obtain data of a possible VTOL that
soon see production on Bryant. Designed to be cheep, quickly produced, 
and reliable. It primary job seems to be Anti-Tank duity. 
will keep you informed of any developments that arise.

==Capabilities:==
     The Chevkoske is an interesting blend of machinery and ideas all appli
to a single VTOL Chassie. One of these is the fact that this new vessel is 
cassified as a Omni Vehicle, meaning certain features can be arranged for 
maximum effect.

     The other major factor seems to be the trade of armor for speed, which
achived thru the use of a Class 40 Turbine mounted center line right behind
pilot. This allows speeds up to 97 kph, but at the risk of paper thin armor
The armor is barrily thick enough to allow for a PPC hit. For many this is 
as little more then making a flying coffin, thou others way the fact that 
VTOL's are vulnerable to return fire no matter how thick there armor.

      The lead designer felt that the space and weight of the added armor d
little to improve survivability and thus rejected it in favor of additional
munitions. He was able to use the saved weight to mount a Russian built AC/
supplied with a ton of Hyper Vilocity Armor Piercing rounds. The primary we
of the Chevkoske and one of its deadlest, able to cripple even destroy 100 
tanks from extreme ranges with only several bursts.

     Backing this up are several hardpoints and mounting moduals for up to 
ton payload of weapons and ordinance. These supplie the Chevkoske with the 
nessacary versitility required to do its job. Often mounting Guided Missile
and Rockets, the Chevkoske can bring down alot of firepower on unsuspecting
vehicles. This of course is one of the primary tactics of the Chevkoske cre
fly in low and fast then snap up from behind cover to release its ordinence
against unsuspecting targets then fade away before they can return fire.

     To aid in this a state of the art ECM Suite is installed into the nose
assembly, right below the sensor pod. This is used to jam the targeting sen
of enemy Streak SRM's and disrubt communications between enemy units and th
commanders. As Streak's are easily the single most devistating weapon that 
be deployed against a VTOL, the ECM is a standard peice of equipment.

     Last to aid the multiple crews of the different VTOL's in there joint 
missions, all Chevkoske's are equiped with C3 communications system. Which 
feeds tilemitry between VTOL's in real time, allowing fire adjustments that
decrease the likly hood of a miss. Thou not equiped themselves with a maste
unit, they tie into a command chopper that sits outside the main feild of 
combat. Where it is unlikly to be shot down.

     Over all the design has potential but it is still to be seen if Bryant
will begin wide scale production.

I would drop the ECM and up your speed. Use the ECM on your Scouter machine to cover for a lance of these.

to do that i'd have to get another 0.5 tons of weight, as the next step up is 2 tons of engine. but as the scouter could provide ECM cover, i may... thou i don't really like putting that craft so close to danger. and seen as it is so much faster, it gets tricky.

You would probably only technically need the ECM cover say when coming in to a target. In that situation the gunships can fly in close formation, no one the electronics wiser that they are there. Once battle is joined the combat ships can do the shooting and closing while the command stays back and coordinates the whole thing.
