That's right, Unicron in the plastic. Hasbro took the cancelled Unicron molds (he was to be released with Beast Wars until it all fell through somehow), slapped on 20+ Mini-Con ports, gave him an exclusive Mini-Con, and will be releasing him with the Armada toy line some time this August. The figure is 16 inches tall and is expected to retail for around $50.
By comparison, IIRC Fort Maz was roughly 2+ feet tall.
