Not every design can be a revolutionary work of genious. This one is simple, but effective.

The tech is mostly low tech aside from the ERLL and the CASE which makes a very economical choice plus its a great meat shield. 8 medium lasers and dual SRM-6s is always nasty upclose. Shred the armor with the lasers and let the SRM-6s go crit crazy !

Damn right!

The only niggle i have is that how come the Artemis IV is mounted in the head ? Every single LRM / SRM launcher MUST have their Artemis mounted at the same location where the launcher is.

|
The Artemis is for the SRM-6 in the Center Torso. If there is no room left in the CT for an Artemis system, because the missile system takes up both available crits, then the Artemis is mounted in the head. _________________ Evil is like a bowl of oranges. Point 1.
It was in my own opinion, sue me.
Point 2.
I was half drunk, so it should be 6 Mediums and 1 SRM6. But yes i wont deny its power.
Point 3.
I was still half conscious, did not realise the Artemis was for the SRMs.
whoopy.

Umm, I'm not certain that's okay though, If you can't mount the Atemis IV in the same location as the launcher you can't use it for that launcher. ANd sincec you have to have all launchers equiped with it if you do one(unless they're streak) then you either move the launcher or remove all Artemis'

An SRM or LRM launcher in the center torso may have its Artemis in the head if there are no free crits in the CT. My version of bladewind's Stormfire does that. So does a variant of the Perseus Omni.

I can't rate this.. It's not exactly legal is it?
I mean like bladewind said: "Every single LRM / SRM launcher MUST have their Artemis."
That's still true isn't it???

It only applies to one or the other. Having an Artemis system on an SRM rack does NOT require Artemis systems to be attached to LRM racks. At least, that's the way I understand it to work. The 2750 TRO is kinda ambiguous there.

Re-read my post. Except for streak launchers, if you have Artemis IV on one launcher, then ALL launchers must be so equiped. _________________ If ignorance is bliss, then why are you so miserable?

Artemis is exculsive to launcher type. Meaning, if you mount one on your LRM then ALL of your LRMs must mount it. However, this does not mean your SRMs have to mount it also. Only your LRMs.
The head part has been covered already so i won't beat it again.
