This is for GMs who feel like being cruel to their parties.
Someone challenges the party to a game called "Ration Roulette." The rules are simple:
The player and the challenger (along with anyone else who wish to play) put a sum of money out on the table. Everyone involved then eats the same food ration menu (or other such nauseating foodstuff) as selected by the challenger.
Every 30 seconds game-time, everyone involved must make a willpower save (with the target number based on what they're eating). Every 30 seconds, another one-point penalty gets tacked onto the roll. Failure means that the person is ill and as such has lost the game. Play continues until only one person involved is still on their feet.

Traits like poison resistance would be a big help.

Stuff like that is automatically factored into willpower saves for the purposes of dealing with harmful substances (such as Tuna Alfredo and Chicken A La King).

Sounds very sick. Stuffing yourself until you hurl isn't exactly a clean game.

Kinda of reminds me of this Japanese show where this dude makes money by outeating a competitor on a TV programme.. its a drama series and despite it being translated into Chinese i haven't the faintest idea what its called.. the programme the main star was on was Ironman i think...

Actually, everyone eats the exact same amount. It's just a matter of who can hold it down the longest.
