Take a HBK IIC inflate it a little add TC and few armor plates and tadaa...
(of course you need to move ACs )

Solid assault mech, great for a city fight. One major problem- COMPOSITE STRUCTURE
You're toast if they breach you. Otherwise nice.

Use an XXL, drop all Arm Actuators, add MASC, add Watchdog ECM, add 2 HS, make HS Laser, add Streak SRM4 I-OS, and last add CASE II to each ST. Move ammo and FF as needed.

Man you gotta hate clan engineering sometimes. This thing can burst up to 108Kmh weights 90 freeking tons and carries 2 ultra 20's with enough ammo to party. Oh and a pair os streak 4's. Runs hot but it just kind of elicits giggles of joy.
And squeals of fear of others.

Hehe. Yeah the pricetag is insane. But man can you imagine facing these down? you see a 90 ton behemoth come at you and its slighly fast for a assault mech. Then it starts moving at 100km/h and lets loose. it is then that you realize that this thing can and will outmanuver you at will. And if the pilot is not conserving ammo, and goingfor a quick kill. Well.
