This one shows up in the Sorenson's Sabres' scenario pack. So far as I can tell it's a unique design.

Sorry about the thread necromancy, but I chanced upon this in the TRO section.
Sorry, mud, but it states quite clearly that the Hermes III is a standardised conversion offered by the Ostman works (wherever they are) to House Kurita. So yeah, the builder of the Ost series is converting a House Marik mech for the convenience of House Kurita.
The other Sorenson's Sabres mech, the Trebuchet 7K, is less clear. That one may be a field refit or a refit kit or a limited production model. Meaning it may be unique. Or not.
But the Hermes III is not unique, according to the original fluff there should be a few about!
