I've forgotten where this stuff is located, and so I'd like some help trying to hunt it down.

*Vehicle combat rules and hit locations.

*Piloting and gunnery modifiers based on skill bonuses.

vehicle combat rules can be found in either the battletech compendium or in the citytech box set.

The other may be in either the mechwarrior book orin the battletech compendium

Battletech Master Rules and the new books (Total Warfare, Tech Manual) should have these included too.
