I just picked up a second-hand copy today ($2 US).
Could someone tell me what all was supposed to be with the game? I'm not 100% sure if everything was there.

I'll get to ya soon. Can't do it today or tomorrow, but ASAP, definitely. I picked up my copy still shrinkwrapped***, so I KNOW it's good. God, I LOVE that game!!!
***sidebar: about two year ago I stopped in this game store in Harvard Square, Mass., They had 4-5 copies EACH of Panzer Blitz, and Panzer Leader.. I went to the check out and asked if they were legit copies. Guy said yeah, every few years some one in warehouse digs up a crate of merch that has been buried for 20 years and ships it out as listed.
