Yes, Marauders. Plural.

The first is the same style of upgrade I've been doing for a while now. Better weapons, improved heat system, and more armor.

4R is one of those generic upgrades that doesn't make anything wrong, but doesn't bring anything new. Good example of 'Mech design.

4M... hmm... the time era is wrong. It has good...well, average firepower, but the range is far from good enough to turn it to effective sniper like the original was. At short range it's better and with additional armor it should be a good brawler, but it may have problems with concentrated firepower, or lack of it...

How is the era wrong? Everything looks kosher to me.

Yes, this version says "sandblaster" much more than "sniper". But there is something to be said for sheer volume of fire.

Weapons are 3067/72, but the year listed is 3050.

Which are all based off of old SL tech...the SL had things like the Snub Nose PPC, so saying that they could have had the light PPC isn't a far stretch either...
