==Overview:==
Another offering by Quikcell, the Retraite (French for "retreat") represent
a
highly unorthodox concept for a fire-support vehicle: mount the main gun on
the rear of the platform so that the vehicle can back into position and the
retreat at maximum speed.
The driver of the vehicle is located in the front right of the vehicle and
faces forward, with the front-mounted machine gun and its ball turret
assembly
positioned next to the driver's compartment. Meanwhile, a gunner sits in th
rear right of the vehicle and facing rearward so as to better target the
AC/2.
Behind both the driver's compartment and the gunner's compartment are a pai
of small cargo pods that can hold .15 tons of cargo, each pod representing
either personal gear for the respective crewmember or a particularly brave
(or
desperate) rifleman.
While two tons of AC/2 ammunition does appear to be somewhat excessive,
internal documentation suggests that this was actually done so as to permit
the use of variant ammunition types.

Interesting, though not entirely unseen concept. Stridvagn 103 was built so that the driver can face rear-ward. British Archers were built fixed in this configuration. With lvl1 rules you can't go much further, but I'd consider light AC/5, Thunderbolt missiles or even a light PPC... _________________ The dragon NEVER sleeps!

Thunderbolt would be even better as this relies on range for protection. Even the light PPC would be good. _________________ The dragon NEVER sleeps!
