MechWorks was one of my favorites way back. I remember going to conventions and everyone that had a computer would bring their designs printed using MechWorks. It had one of the sleekest printouts yet seen. It still does have one of the best printouts around. |

The mechworks is basic yet slightly more difficult to work with than the drawing board or mech engineer. You just simply don't get enough choices to make building a mech a pleasure.
However, this is freeware, as such, it is competant as a mech editor. |

One of the better 'mech designers of its time. This program was one of the best back in the days of Windows 3.x. I went to many conventions and everyone who was anyone had a record sheet that was printed out using this software. Still decent if all you plan on designing is 3025 'mechs. |
