An Ostroc with a spare Large Laser. Using all three at once will slow you down to a dangerous level. As said before very difficult to use: The firepower of 3 Large Lasers is tempting but keep the consequenses in mind.

Wow three large lasers on level 1 design? To hell with heavy armor, this will vaporize some serious... but were are the heat sinks? I would rather install something else instead of the third laser which is difficult to use anyway. Thanks to above average speed and heat dissipation it can handle one alpha strike, maybe two, but that's risky, because the armor is too light and weapons must be silent, if you want to cool down. Tricky to use at best...

Tough bugger to use.
It's got all the good things a heavy Ost has: lots of speed, decent armor, and lots of large lasers. The standard is superior, as you can swap out the 2 ML for a LL to drop some heat, or fire the 2ML and SRM4 to drop all heat. This one you'd be wailing away with paired LL every turn, except the one you choose to cool down on.
The third would have be an exploitation shot, one to take on an enemy near death, or shut down. You could also use it if you plan to break LOS (or otherwise not fire a thing) next turn. A third use would be just before you know you'll mix it up with just physical attacks next turn. Heat up, cool down on the turn that you're going to kick.
All of that's just making due with a poor situation. If you don't move, and fire everything, you gain 9 heat. At a walk or run it's 10 or 11. That's all acceptable to me, but I wouldn't want to go up to 18 - 22 the next turn. Only by firing 1 LL the next turn, does the heat drop fast enough, and the ability to fire 3 LL's in one turn is just too high a price to pay.
If the 3C came with more heatsinks, it'd rule. You can't skim enough armor off the design to pull that off though. Without doubleheatsinks, this thing is a bit of a lemon. Still, provided you stay off the third LL a bit, you have a very capable heavy.`

Ice World's here I come. Everywhere else this mech isn't ever going to fire its guns.
Its powerful alpha strike gaurenties that its useless next round and everyone is going to smoke it while it sits there cooling off.
Easy to dodge into melee range when your at only 15 squares tops against this design.
Punching against a powered down mech is about the easiest kills you'll ever get.
Keep one of your large's offline or die a painful death.

Extreamly subpar heat vs heat sink ratio here, even for a 3025 mech. I like the transcript of the First deployment too LOL.
