Overview:
    A full blown rebuild produced in House Marik territory for themselves mostly, but some
    production is done in the DCMS as well, on the other hand other small nations and mercenary
    units do purchase it to fulfill they're needs to upgrade at least partially into the new
    technology. The Blackjack BJ-3 is both cheap and effective it is in its roll as medium mech
    that can defend a city well.
    
    
    
    It features an average ground speed, and average jumping distance for medium/heavy weight
    battlemech. It features a standard engine and maximum armour as well. Also a very forgiving
    heat curve lets it only heat up as much as you want it to. With the potential of 31 damage
    if you really spike the heat. Of course if you take that shot they're had better be a really
    good reason to do it.

Capabilities:
    The long range punch of this design is its crowning achievement. The dual ER Larges and quad
    of jump jets lets it manuver and fire in the same few seconds without generating any heat as
    a longer ranged medium mech.
    
    
    
    The downside to this is that unless its a scout mech your sniping usually you'll need to
    close to actually intimidate and kill your opponent.
    
    
    
    The short range weapons are five ER Medium lasers which provide a close just over 50% damage
    increase over the paired ER Larges at range. The maximum armour will help this mech pound
    its opponents into scrap and only here will maxium jump plus all your close range weapons
    generate heat. If you need that much continuous jumping and firing you'll have to stand down
    the 5th laser every 40-50 seconds just to be sure you achieve your objective.

Deployment:
    A smattering of this revised version of the Blackjack can be seen across the Inner Sphere,
    the most common nation to field it is the Free World's League, closely followed by the
    Draconis Combine's Mustery Service, and then various mercenary units.
    
    
    
    Its a good design, and various groups are mulling a switch over, but most are just slowly
    rolling it into their forces as the older ones are lost/retired to other units.
