Overview:
    This highly sucessful incendiary design, was running out of parts in House Liao Space to
    replace broken actuators. So, all Firestarters were ordered to be shipped back to Sian for a
    refit.
    
    
    
    The vunerability to all PPC Cicadas, Panthers, Vindicators, and other ranged light mechs is
    much lower these days. The Stealth armour that is now standard on all Firestarters in Liao
    space insures that you can close safely without being damaged. Also that after the scouting
    mission is completed that you can turn on the stealth armour again and book it out of dodge.

Capabilities:
    Featuring an ER Medium Laser, and a Medium Pulse Laser as its primary ranged armament. The
    Firestarter continues to rely on the fact once it gets in close, (almost a certainty with
    this movement) it will strip you down and destroy you.
    
    
    
    In close it has a trio of ER Smalls, and two flamers. Not as much firepower as the original
    mounted but its usually expected if you've closed that much you've turned the stealth armour
    off and are now also firing the ER Medium, and the Pulse.
    
    
    
    The added advantage of the Guardian ECM is a good thing as it protects you from some higher
    technology attacks even when the stealth armour half of the system is turned off. Still
    remember even in this incarnation the Firestarter is a light mech, and light mech hunter.
    Not a medium or line mech.

Deployment:
    Scattered back across the entirety of Liao space, in last defence units of various planets.
    No battles have been fought since the complete refit occured. Hopefully, this will allow
    Liao Firestarters a new lease on life.
    
    
    
    Too many of the pilots are agressive though, so its assumed that this modification will
    allow them only to survive a little bit longer on the field.
