Overview:
    One of the oldest and most well known 'Mechs in the Inner Sphere, the Shadow Hawk is a
    staple for many pilots including legendary figures like Grayson Carlyle. As such, it was
    only a natural choice for D&K to use their newly acquired knowledge to turn into one of
    their first omnimech projects. There have been rumors of a much more advanced version
    sporting a red and black paint scheme, which have been hastily dismissed by the company.
    
    Built on an endo steel frame and with 11 tons of standard plating protecting an XL fusion
    engine, the Shadow Hawk has an impressive 27 tons of pod space available. Keeping the speed
    profile of the original, it is a no-frills upgrade over the original model. Additionally,
    due to their expertise working on Battlemech scale turrets, the engineers at D&K Creation
    Studios managed to slightly move the primary mount for the left torso dorsal gun to give it
    more space for directional movement.

Capabilities:
    The D variant of the Shadow Hawk omni was created honestly just to fill a role that the
    creators knew needed to be filled should the customer need it. It is a reliable missile boat
    that can send plenty of them down range, while still being able to brawl well. To do so it
    mimics the original Catapult's weapon lineup. Two LRM 15s, in this case also with added
    Artemis IV FCS, fed with two tons of CASE II protected ammunition apiece. To allow for the
    machine to brawl, four standard medium lasers are mounted across the entire chassis. The
    idea is solid and basic, just what any 'mech needs for the job of fire support.
