Overview:
    Made just before the onset of the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, the Gunner 3E was the
    last variant to be made in cooperation between the Federated Suns and Lyran Commonwealth.
    Designed to be an advanced line unit, it was only in the experimental phases when Katherine
    Steiner-Davion had the Lyran Alliance secede, and thus would not see action in that war
    until its last year. What it would find extensive use in would be the Jihad, both the
    Steiners and Davions producing many units to counter the Blakists' technological advantage
    with its coordination ability.

Capabilities:
    The main feature of the 3E is is C3 Slave computer, allowing it to operate in a C3 lance's
    network and share targeting data with its comrades. Fitting this alongside the new weapons
    suite required the removal of some Jump Jets and using a Small Cockpit.
    
    Said weapons consist of an ER PPC, a LRM-15 with an Artemis IV FCS and two tons of
    CASE-protected missiles, two ER Medium Lasers, and two Small Pulse Lasers. This gave it a
    variety of tools for many combat situations, all enhanced by the C3 network. It also
    resulted in consistent offensive power at all ranges.
