Overview:
    The GNN-3E-DC is a command variant of the 3E, meant to command both an immediate C3 Network
    as well as a wider force. While the modifications made to accomplish this weakens its
    offensive power somewhat, it provides a comprehensive suite for force leaders to coordinate
    a battle using.
    
    The DC variant was designed concurrently with the 3E itself, and thus would also see its
    first major action fighting the Word of Blake for both the Lyrans and the Feds.

Capabilities:
    The 3E-DC strips the Pulse Lasers and the LRM-15 to fit a C3 Master Computer in the right
    torso and a Command Console in the head, while keeping some long-range missiles via a center
    torso-installed, Artemis IV-equipped LRM-5 which has one ton of CASE-protected missiles in
    the left torso. The cockpit is also returned to being a standard variant due to not needing
    to fit dual Small Pulse Lasers anymore.
